This can be coursed by several different things, please read the list below.

1)  Microsoft sidewinder joystick, The joystick loads a TSR program located on the right side of the start-up bar. Right click the icon and select unload, this will only remove the app from this windows session.

2) There are lots of different TSR program's that generate interrupts or waist system resources, please unload them one by one until you find the course.

3) The new Vibra16 OEM card only uses low DMA, this is not sound blaster 16 compatable and will result in audio distortion.  It has now been fixed in V1.42, the demo will be available soon. If you own one of these cards and would like a demo, please contact us using the CONTACTS tab below.
