The SSPro shortcut is set to close on exit, you will need to edit the shortcut properties so that the Error Number can be seen.

1) Right Click on the SSPro shortcut icon and select properties.
2) Click on the Program tab.
3) Make sure that the Close On Exit box is not ticked, if it is ticked then click the box to un-tick the option.
4) Click on the Apply button and then the OK button.
5) Double click the SSPro shortcut, the error number will be listed at the end.
6) Check the Tech list again for your error number.
