DIGITAL AUDIO INNOVATIONS - SSPRO V1.42 FREE UPDATE LICENCE AGREEMENT
 
This is a legal agreement between you and Digital Audio Innovations, England ("DAI").
By accepting this Licence and downloading the update, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement 
 
BY ACCEPTING THIS LICENCE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, PROMPTLY REJECT THE LICENCE AT THE END OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS WILL TERMINATE.
 
1. GRANT OF LICENCE  
DAI  Update Licence Agreement ("Licence") permits registered users to use one copy of the DAI update product acquired with this Licence ("update") on a single computer, provided the UPDATE is in use on only one computer at any time. If you have multiple licences for the SOFTWARE, then at any time you may have as many copies of the UPDATE in use as you have SOFTWARE Licences. The UPDATE is "in use" on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g. hard disk, CD ROM, or other storage device). 
 
2. COPYRIGHT  
The SOFTWARE is the exclusive property of DAI and is protected by England copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and all other applicable national laws. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book). You may not reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble the SOFTWARE. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE, but you may transfer your rights under the DAI Licence Agreement on a permanent basis provided you transfer all copies of the SOFTWARE and all written materials, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement. Any transfer must include the most recent update and all prior versions.   
 
3. LIMITED WARRANTY 
DAI warrants that the UPDATE will perform substantially in accordance with accompanying Product Manual(s) for the period listed with your original SOFTWARE Licence. For any information an Warranties, please read the original SOFTWARE Licence. 
 
This Agreement is governed by the law of England.

 UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS
 
(1) This file is for original DOS installs only. If your original install was a Win 95\98 Setup, then down load U_setup.exe.  
 
(2) Download this file to your Space directory, (IE: C:\Space), or copy the Install.exe to your Space directory after download.  

(3) Change directory to your Space directory (IE: cd Space) and type Install.  Launch the SSPro and check that the Version is V1.42
