MODELA Specific Software
MODELA Player comes with every MODELA 3D Plotter. MODELA
Player was developed specifically for the CAMM-2 and CAMM-3
rotary products by Roland DG Corporation.
Ideal for Small Scale Modeling and Hobby Applications
MODELA's ease of use and affordable price tag make it
suitable for all sorts of small scale projects. Scale models,
replicas, miniatures, dolls, name plates, door signs, the
possibilities are endless and only limited by your imagination.
MODELA, with its overall small footprint, can be set up
beside the computer even though it is a three axis milling
machine. 3D control technology is condensed into a neat
and compact body. The working volume of MODELA is 6"
[152.4 mm] (X-axis) by 4" [101.6 mm] (Y-axis) by 1-9/16"
[40.65 mm] (Z-axis). It is suitable for all sorts of small
scale applications.
Safety
MODELA's inclined work table makes it easy to position
the work piece so waste material falls neatly to the compartment
under the work table. It also places the cutting tool away
from user access for additional safety. A transparent enclosure
contains waste material while maintaining full visibility
of the work in progress.
